  3.                        COTTAGE ZOOM

  6. This short anim, created using the very useful camera zoom
  7. function of DPaint V, is taken from the opening shot of a
  8. film called 'The Lost Cat'. To create a nice 3D /  multiplane
  9. effect as the camera zooms in I placed a foreground element
  10. of a fence over the background. I zoomed this faster than the
  11. background and moved it downwards slightly as it zooms to
  12. make it appear much closer to the camera.

  15. The film was made with the kids at a local school who had
  16. written the original story and also created music to go with it.
  17. A CD was released featuring the music and  narration.
  18.  
  19. I was contacted to create an animated film using the CD as a
  20. soundtrack. The children have created characters and backgrounds
  21. which I have cleaned up and animated.
  22.  
  23. A video will be released shortly and a CD ROM [ PC only at
  24. the moment unfortunately :( ] is being created right now by
  25. another company.
